Helical Piling
Our design partners, design and develop unique screw piles that deliver compression and tension loadings. We are uniquely placed to install this fast, instantly loadable solution.
Tubular Piling
We drive or vibrate bespoke tubular steel piles to create instantly loadable foundations once the pile cap or grillage has been attached.
Grillages
Our bespoke framework grillages stabilise multiple groups of pile foundations. We have specialist experience in providing this service for telecoms towers, gantries, signage and transmission power lines.
Design
We can design bespoke foundations and reinforced concrete bases to meet exact specifications for a range of end use cases.
Manufacture
All custom manufacturing of piles is undertaken by HA, UVDB and NWR approved fabricators in the UK who have worked closely with the designers for many years. Ancore only uses approved precision-engineered materials for installation.

In addition to the cost efficiencies and reduced environmental impact, ‘screwing’ the foundations into the ground means that there is less soil displacement, meaning excess soil does not need to be transported from the site, saving on transportation costs and reducing the carbon footprint of the project. The main benefits of screw pile foundations include shorter project times, ease of installation, ease of access, reduction of the carbon footprint, ease of removal when the foundations are no longer required, reduced risk to the workforce, and reduced costs. Our solutions are particularly suitable for both tensile and compression loads, including masts, signs, and retaining structures.
